雖然聯(lián)邦速遞的經(jīng)營城市僅有上海市、深圳市、廣州市、杭州市、天津市、大連市、鄭州市、成都市,UPS的經(jīng)營城市只有上海市、廣州市、深圳市、天津市、西安市,二者經(jīng)營城市范疇都未超出10個(gè)。業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為,聯(lián)邦速遞、UPS精準(zhǔn)定位國際市場,網(wǎng)上購物業(yè)務(wù)流程占有**比例的中通快遞、韻達(dá)快遞等“四通一達(dá)”并不受蔓延到。反倒是順豐速度與EMS,將*先應(yīng)對聯(lián)邦速遞、UPS之間的競爭。聯(lián)邦速遞等外資企業(yè)物流公司進(jìn)到中國時(shí),快遞服務(wù)由國家商務(wù)部所管,經(jīng)營并不受限制。2009年10月1日,《快遞業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營許可管理辦法》跟新改動的《郵政法》同歩執(zhí)行,除開初次法律上確立快遞公司企業(yè)的地位、明確提出快遞行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入條件之外,還要求投資者不可資產(chǎn)經(jīng)營信函國內(nèi)快遞服務(wù),造成各大快遞行業(yè)巨頭中國快遞服務(wù)均或多或少受影響。上年,DHL把它運(yùn)營國內(nèi)快遞行業(yè)的全一快遞****股權(quán)售賣,退出了國內(nèi)物流銷售市場。

In addition to clarifying the status of express enterprises in law for the first time and putting forward the entry threshold for the express industry, it also stipulated that foreign investors should not invest in the domestic express business of letters, resulting in different degrees of impact on the domestic express business of major express giants. Last year, DHL sold **** of its shares of Quanyi Express, which operates the domestic express business in China, fading out of the domestic express market.
