東園文化創(chuàng)意廣場位置北京市朝陽區(qū)崔各莊鄉(xiāng)東辛店330號，隸屬望京來廣營花家地崔各莊，所處地段尊貴優(yōu)越。東園文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園占地總面積21980平方米，綠化面積3500平方米。園區(qū)內(nèi)建筑層高9.25米、10米，均為無柱空間，戶型可隨意定制。園區(qū)采取舊廠房改造的方式，依托北京市全國交通樞紐、全國文化中心等優(yōu)勢條件，擬建設成為兼具傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)涵與現(xiàn)代相結合的綜合影視文化基地。

Dongyuan Cultural and Creative Plaza is located at No. 330 Dongxindian, Cuigezhuang Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is under the jurisdiction of Cuigezhuang, a flower family land in Wangjing Laiguangying, and is located in a prestigious and superior location. The Dongyuan Cultural and Creative Industry Park covers a total area of 21980 square meters, with a green area of 3500 square meters. The buildings in the park have a height of 9.25 meters and 10 meters, all of which are columnless spaces, and the unit types can be customized at will. The park adopts the method of renovating old factory buildings, relying on the advantages of Beijing's national transportation hub and cultural center, and plans to build a comprehensive film and television cultural base that combines traditional cultural connotations with modernity.
